Bias Incident Report Form

Presbyterian College is committed to addressing incidents that impact our campus climate, especially those that are bias-related. Your assistance in bringing these incidents to our attention will enhance our ability to systematically identify and respond to such events. Please use this form to report a bias incident to the Campus Climate Support Team.

If this is an EMERGENCY and there is an immediate threat to yourself or others of the PC community, please call 911 or Campus Police at 864-833-8911. Do not use this form to report an actively occurring incident.

Bias incident reports will be reviewed no later than the next business day. Please note that this report may be filed anonymously but this will limit the college’s options of responding to this incident.
