Keene State College values diversity as foundational to our community, educational and employment opportunities. These values are intimately connected with our priorities of equity, access, civility, and respect.
The purpose of this form is to report incidents of bias or hate crimes experienced, or witnessed, by a member of the College community, occurring on or off-campus.
A bias incident involves actions committed against or directed toward a person or property that are motivated, in whole or in part, by a bias against race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national or ethnic origin, age, disability, or other protected classes as required by law.
Members of the College community who have been the targets of, or who witness a bias incident are encouraged to submit a report using this online form. Reports will be reviewed by Jeff Maher, Program Manager, in a timely manner. Follow-up, referral, and other measures will be assessed and coordinated after a review of report details and any other available information.
Please note this form is not monitored 24/7. If there is an immediate risk to health or safety please contact Campus Safety at 603-358-2228 or Keene Police at 603-357-9813 or 911.
